Welcome to Mubarram. By using the app, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before you begin.
Mubarram is a contract and invoice management app, offered as a productivity tool for freelancers and independent professionals.
It is the user's responsibility to verify that the generated documents are suitable for their intended purpose, and to consult a qualified legal professional when needed.
The app verifies IBAN and tax number (VAT registration number) validity computationally, based on standard number formats, without contacting any official authority or government database to confirm their accuracy or validity.
Passing this verification does not necessarily mean the data is valid with the relevant authorities. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter.
The app generates a tax QR code in line with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority's (ZATCA) Phase 1 requirements, based on the data the user enters.
The user remains responsible for fulfilling their tax obligations under the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The IBAN you enter is stored only on your device, in a secure encrypted storage area, and is never sent to our servers.
The IBAN is not required. You can use the app without entering it.
The following data is stored securely on Supabase servers:
Name, email address, tax number (if entered), client data, contracts, invoices, and profile logo (if uploaded).
For more details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with anyone else. Any activity through your account is your responsibility.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account used in violation of these terms.
The app is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties. The app's developer is not liable for:
— Any financial loss resulting from errors in generated documents
— Any legal disputes arising from the content of contracts or invoices
— Data loss resulting from deleting the app or changing devices
— Service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control
We may amend these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app. Continuing to use the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of the Kingdom.
If you have any questions about these terms, you can reach us at: support@mubrram.app
